Do your people need support?

Life is just not the same.

Perhaps your team has just returned to work?

Or, maybe you have been on reduced hours?

Alternatively, you may have been working harder through the restrictions.

It doesn’t matter if you are a manager or supervisor you are not immune to feeling the emotional effects of COVID-19.  There’s no denying that COVID-19 is weighing heavily on everyone’s mind right now and we want to remind you that it's important to reach out and ask for help.

There are many impacts that the pandemic has made on our community, and your staff may be affected too, including:

  • Partners who have lost employment

  • Loved ones who are remaining isolated

  • Uncertainty about dealing with customers face-to-face

  • Confusion about all the changes

  • Amplified feelings of anxiousness or loneliness

Since the COVID-19 pandemic has become our new reality, so much has changed at such a rapid pace and some of your staff may have already been in vulnerable states.  The pandemic may have exaggerated those negative emotions.

If you are seeing any staff members struggling, you can refer them to A Tasmanian Lifeline.
